Course Objectives:

Course Prerequisites:
All attendees must be graduates of “Super Meetings” 2 day Leadership and Facilitation Intensive. And have a minimum of 60 days experience using the Super Meetings tools with their teams. This ensures a consistently high level of participant skill and experience prior to the "Elite Facilitator" Intensive.
The "Elite Facilitator" Intensive is focused on making the Best even Better. "Super Meetings" and further experience is an absolute prerequisite
Small Classes, Plenty of Feedback:
Class size is limited to a maximum of 16 to maintain the high-impact training environment and maximize participant coaching and feedback. Each class has two highly experienced trainers who are world class facilitators and coaches as well.
Course Outline:
The Super Teams Elite Facilitator Intensive uses Accelerated Learning Training Design to keep the group 100% participating and involved throughout the two days. Along with two facilitated practice sessions each day, multiple small group exercises throughout the training provide the opportunity to immediately apply and practice new tools and techniques with one-on-one coaching and feedback from the instructors.
